Instar was founded in 2012 with a vision to provide compassionate, individualized, specialized mental health care to our community on the Northshore. What began in a shared executive suite, has grown into a thriving group practice. Today, Instar operates out of two full-service locations and is home to an interdisciplinary team of 17 dedicated mental health professionals, each committed to supporting individuals, couples, and families on their path to healing and growth.
